Multi Award winner UK group V9 Collective were founded in                                                 March 2009 by Bass Player, Songwriter and Producer Sam Lynch. V9 Collective’s music can best be described as a fusion of old school funk and new school soul with sweet Gospel vocals. V9C members are Sam, his wife Vernetta, sisters Ruth and Tula and cousin Semele.

 

People loved their debut album ‘World To Me’, (released in May 2010) which opened doors for them to perform on numerous stages across the UK and Europe, and receive various awards and nominations including: 

 

• GMA ‘Best Group 2010’

 

• USA's Prayze Factor Award ‘Best Neo Soul Group’ 2012

• MOBO Award nominees 'Best Gospel Act' 2012

 

• Premier Gospel Best Single 2016.

 

After some time away from public appearances, the group are back and have just released their new album ‘Message in the Music’, which has so far, been received warmly by long time and new supporters. This musical offering is a collection of heartfelt songs about life and faith, with the same V9 Collective soul and flair that they have become known for.
